AGREEMENT FOR THE INSTALLATION OF KIOSKS
اتفاقية لتركيب الأكشاك
This Agreement is made between:

1. Middle East Elite Center Conferences, L.L.C., a limited liability company incorporated in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, whose principal place of business is located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. (the Provider)

(where the context so requires, the Provider and Host are collectively referred to as the 'Parties' and individually referred to as a 'Party').
حيثما اقتضى السياق، يشير المزود والمضيف معًا إلى 'الأطراف' وكل منهم يُشار إليه بـ'الطرف'.
BACKGROUND:
(a) The Provider facilitates the installation and rental of payment kiosks ('the Kiosks') to businesses;
(a) يسهّل المزود تركيب وتأجير أكشاك الدفع ('الأكشاك') للشركات؛
(b) The Host wishes to rent and operate the Kiosks at its premises; and
(b) يرغب المضيف في تأجير وتشغيل الأكشاك في مقره؛
(c) The Provider utilizes the services of a third-party supplier ('the Supplier') for operational support.
(c) يستعين المزود بخدمات مورد طرف ثالث ('المورد') للدعم التشغيلي.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. The Host shall pay a fixed monthly rate of AED 150 per location, as specified in the registration form.
3.1. يدفع المضيف مبلغاً شهرياً ثابتاً قدره 150 درهماً إماراتياً لكل موقع، كما هو محدد في استمارة التسجيل.
3.2. If the Host operates Kiosks at more than three (3) locations, the payment shall increase to AED 200 per location for all locations.
3.2. إذا قام المضيف بتشغيل أكشاك في أكثر من ثلاثة (3) مواقع، يتم زيادة الدفع إلى 200 درهم لكل موقع لجميع المواقع.
3.3. Payments will be made to the account provided by the Host during registration.
3.3. يتم دفع المبالغ إلى الحساب المقدم من المضيف أثناء التسجيل.
3.4. In case of delays, payments will be refunded within sixty (60) days of the delay being communicated by the Provider.
3.4. في حالة التأخير، سيتم رد المبالغ خلال ستين (60) يومًا من إخطار المزود بالتأخير.
